			Design
			Design is done in-house on a 3-D CAD package. Each design is independently reviewed and validated prior to acceptance into the Bird Machines standard range.
			Fabrication
			Bird Machines has a strong in-house fabrication capability, including boiler making, machining, welding, and painting. The company supports local businesses through sub-contracting certain fabrication functions.
			Assembly
			Assembly of equipment is done at our premises in Nelspruit, South Africa. All products are assembled to stringent specifications by skilled technicians. Post assembly product testing and validation plays an important role in ensuring delivery according to requirement.
